I would like to offer great appreciation to your sales associate Brian Savits. I met Brian a year ago and discussed a potential move from Miami Shores to Broward County. My wife and I were thinking about purchasing a single family home in the price range of $400 to $600 thousand. Throughout the year Brian would touch base with me in a very professional manor to see what our plans were. Upon making the decision to move I contacted Brian and we met the next day. Based on previous discussions about location and price, he came fully prepared with listings in our price range in both Cooper City and Davie. We choose some of the listings and by the next Saturday he had set up 6 showings. Brian picked us up and we spent the day looking at these homes. We went from home to home in a very organized way with no delay. We then set up to see listings in the Hollywood area. Once again the day was very organized and went off without a hitch. By this time, Brian fully understood what we were looking for. The long and short of that day resulted in us making and offer the next day with_ the offer being accepted. Brian advised us _throughout the offer process resulting in a signed contract that Monday morning. This process came about so quickly due to Brian having the comps at hand and setting us up that day with Guaranteed Rate (Michal Bander). This team made the process flawless and stress free. We closed 45 days after the initial offer. Brian was also very proactive in getting my current property in Miami Shores listed and sold. He advised my wife and I on the recent comps, we listed the property and within a week we had an offer we accepted. The potential buyer at the time was wavering on some minor issues. Brian corresponded with the buyer's realtor and closed the deal. This too was a seamless, stress free process due to Brian'? experience and attention to the deal. Brian Savits was a good realtor he helped me out when I had issues with plumbing and answered all my questions regarding the sale of my property. He showed the property many times and as he says at least 16 times. When I wasn't in town he went to the property to let the plumber in and deal with any issues that arose. He helped out the gentleman that removed any property that needed to be disposed of. He also helped out my neighbors with removing some of the furniture that the neighbor wanted, Brian also returned my cable equipment to the vendor. Overall I would say that Brian went above and beyond as far as a realtor goes. I would definitely recommend Brian Savits as an outstanding Real Estate Agent to anyone that is looking to sell their property. I gave Brian an extra 1/2 percent commission because .he did a good job and sent him a check for a cleaning fee and added extra for all his help.

Recently I began the process of purchasing my first home. Brian was recommended by my mortgage lender. He right away scheduled an appointment with my fiancé and me to begin the search for the perfect home. Brian gathered us in his office and gave us the rundown; he showed us houses within our budget and made appointments with other realtors to see the houses right away. Neither of us wanted to lose out on any great opportunity, Once appointments were made we would meet at his office, do a final search within the area we were going to see and head out. Brian would drive us to see each house, he gave us the pros and cons of each location/ neighborhood and the houses as well.
